John Deere Model L Unstyled Tractor, Engine and transmission
both turn over freely and are not stuck. It is and has been barn
stored under cover. The cooling system has been checked and there
is no leakage from the block, bottom tank, or radiator core (the
hoses do leak and need replacement and there is a split on the
top radiator tank that needs repair. Tere is no evidence of any
breaks or repairs in the block and it is a standard 3 1/4 inch
bore, correct for the NXA engine, Good serial tag. Has chin piece
with part of the crank guide broken off, with most of the missing
piece included and waiting to be reattached. The rear rims have
good original centers that are not cut down, but they are welded
onto 20 inch truck rims. New blank 22 inch rims are available
from one source and could be reattached to the centers.
